Popcorn!

Tonight was the first night of our screen-free week! After dinner we headed outside for a family walk. Taylor rode her tricycle and I pushed Mac in the stroller. It was a short walk, about 15 minutes, but it was nice! Mac got hungry so while Morris fought a bumble bee, I fed Mac.

After one bee bit the dust, Taylor was free to swing until her heart was content!

Another Bee decided to join our backyard party and was quite fond of Taylor, so she bailed from the swing and came over to me.

Morris went to work on getting the best of that Bee!

While Taylor was hanging out on the patio she started yelling "Popcorn Mommy! It's Making POPCORN!"

I guess I can see where her imagination was coming from...

Morris had started the sprinkler to water our new bushes that will one day find their home in the front yard and our thriving baby Japanese Maple. We planted that tree last fall and it was just a twig with 2 or 3 leaves on it. He is really growing fast!

After She had gotten dangerously close to the POPCORN she decided it was safe enough to slide while Morris kept watch for the Bee. But just in case she took Mac's burp cloth so that she could be a "Bee Fighter" too!
